What's Happening

Villa Pacita is pleased to announce that two new houses are now under construction and expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2011. Villa Pacita Estates was the first to introduce eco-friendly living on Guam and continues to introduce new and innovative approaches to living smart. These new homes have been redesigned to provide more eco-friendly attributes which include solar tube lighting, non-potable water supply for all toilets, irrigation systems from water catchment system, and dual pane energy efficient windows. Villa Pacita is also continuing its commitment to Green living by developing a number of initiatives within the community designed to promoting the 3R’s (reduce, reuse, recycling). These initiatives include: aluminum can collection drives, plastic drives, and separation education.

Since the redevelopment of the Villa Pacita Estates in 2007, the community’s reputation as an earth friendly, safe, and secure subdivision has grown. In fact, the Governor of Guam paid a personal visit to Villa Pacita Estates and enjoyed his tour of the first model home. The Governor encouraged more green building to protect the environment and to conserve our natural resources.

In the works is also the final completion of the house rules and regulations expected to be completed in no later than March 2011. Work on a new house plan is also being developed to target moderate income families. We are excited about the opportunity to unveil a new design for this market segment.
